Royal Lancaster London Hotel

Had a FANTASTIC STAY in a hotel overlooking Hyde Park. Room with a stunning view. Staff were friendly. Definitely coming back. Even better in person than in photos!

the location next to the park was perfect for winter wonderland, making it extremely convenient for our visit. the room was very clean and spacious with great views across hyde park. the staff, speciallywho work at breakfast time, were attentive and very helpful. the breakfast was the best i 've had, beautifully displayed and delicious. the only drawback was that the breakfast was missing out of filter coffee.

Spacious bedrooms, comfy bed. Well-appointed areas, good location near tube stations and Hyde Park. Pleasant surprise with a birthday treat. a very comfortable stay at Royal Lancaster.

The exceptional staff, particularly Aziza and Mr J from the restaurant and cafe, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, especially for the children. However, the limited room size and lack of a usable fridge were minor inconveniences.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as the Spa & Wellness Centre, Jacuzzi, and Beauty treatments. the massage and full body massage were exceptional, leaving us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. the treatment rooms were immaculate with beautiful decor and soft lighting creating a serene ambiance. In-room breakfast was a highlight with fresh, delicious food and a great selection of hot beverages.

The only minor issue we encountered was slow service in the snack bar. the staff was friendly and apologized for the delay.

At my first stay, the staff helped with my elderly parents. The place suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, laundry, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for New Year.

From the minute we arrived, the colleagues Ade, Lot, and Sebastian were so welcoming; they knew their stuff and provided top-notch service which made us feel really at home. The omelette at breakfast was top-notch, and the rooms had everything you could need, including a Nespresso machine for a good kickstart. Unfortunately, we didn't get the double room we requested but ended up in a twin room without a proper explanation; however, this small blip didn't dampen our fabulous stay. 🌟

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and upgrade we received upon arrival at Royal Lancaster. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even leaving a personalized birthday cake in our suite. The views of Hyde Park were stunning, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. we had a first-class experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near Paddington Station. the staff were accommodating with early check-in, and the room was large, clean, and quiet. i enjoyed a good night's sleep and appreciated the attentive service. the breakfast options were amazing with beautiful presentation, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. overall, a very pleasant experience.

We stayed at this gem near Hyde Park, with a view of London's skyline, and easy access to Paddington Station. The Thai restaurant and Island Grill were excellent, and the room service was impeccable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the rest of London. The staff, dressed in stylish tweed and turquoise silk shirts, were always ready to help, ensuring we had a wonderful family stay.

My wife says that the bathroom could be more spacious for families with children.

Had an amazing afternoon tea, food was delicious and left us stuffed. the staff, particularly Rieta and Luigi, were fabulous and provided excellent customer service. Bathrooms were clean and had great products. Room had an incredible city view. Check-in was smooth and Nipa Thai restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience.

Breakfast misunderstanding regarding cost, but a la carte breakfasts were actually cheaper and of good quality. Some food at the restaurants was a bit pricey.

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even changing our room when we had an issue with the TV. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with beautiful views overlooking the park. the complimentary breakfast provided was a nice gesture.

The Room was a nice size with plenty of space, and the shower was excellent. My daughter loved it, but a bath would have been preferred. Breakfast was very good but pricey. Reception staff and concierge were very helpful. The hotel's location near landmarks like Kensington Palace and the Science Museum provided great opportunities for family bonding. The spa and wellness center offered relaxing services like massages and beauty treatments, enhancing our overall enjoyment during the stay.

The staff were on fire - super helpful and dressed to impress. We had a blast hitting the West End for a theater show and exploring the rest of London, thanks to the easy access to transport. The location was unreal!

The only thing that would've taken our party vibes to the next level would be a cool rooftop hangout spot at the hotel. That would've been lit!

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step in, they make you feel welcomed and well taken care of. the room service is top-notch - I loved how neatly the cleaning staff placed my belongings back in my suitcase and prepared everything by the bedside for me. the breakfast with a view over Hyde Park's gardens and fountains is simply breathtaking. the food was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. the location is brilliant for exploring London, being near Lancaster Gate tube station and Hyde Park, making transport a breeze.

While my stay was overall wonderful, there were a couple of minor hiccups that could be improved. the TV in the room was initially broken, but was promptly replaced once reported.

Wonderful views from the 12th-floor room at Royal Lancaster. Helpful and responsive staff at reception. Enjoyed walking in Hyde Park every morning and seeing the ponies at Bathurst Mews.

No daily bed sheet changes. Long waits for elevators due to big groups.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing, the modern rooms and stunning interior were a pleasant surprise. The highlight of our stay was the delicious meal we had at the Thai restaurant on-site. Even though the refurbishment works were ongoing, it didn't affect our stay at all. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Aside from the ice cream, the staff's a gem. Location? Spot on by Hyde Park! And oh, did I mention the brekkie staff's lovin' it?

The room was a tad cramped, no space for your bits. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, but still had its charms.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Lancaster Gate Tube station, making it easy to explore the city. It's a short ride on the tube to Bond Street for some shopping or to Paddington for a quick transfer to Heathrow airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a welcoming ambience. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the stay enjoyable.

The breakfast service could be improved, as some items were forgotten and the staff seemed inexperienced in serving.

Effortlessly elegant Spires Suites: Our stay in the Spires Suites was like a scene from a classic movie - the space and thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine and plush velvet fabrics made us feel like Hollywood royalty. The breathtaking city views from the highest floors were truly mesmerizing, offering a glimpse of London like no other.

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ensuring that our room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep.

There were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. the room size was just okay for two people and could have been a bit bigger.

I stayed at Royal Lancaster for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even offering us a complimentary drink while we waited for our room. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking a park. The hotel went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday special with a complimentary bottle of wine, turkish delight, balloons, and a personalized card. The service and attention to detail were exceptional. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.

The suite felt like a luxurious home with breathtaking views, a cozy seating area, and thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine and The White Company toiletries. As a family with two small kids, we felt pampered and relaxed.

The rainfall shower had underfloor heating, but we found it too warm for our liking.

The location is great, with easy access to Kensington Gardens. The rooms are spacious and serene, with stunning city views. Breakfast offers a good variety of savory and sweet items. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurants downstairs are convenient. The building has charming and welcoming decor.

We had an amazing stay at Royal Lancaster. the views from the higher floors were breathtaking. the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. the location was incredible, and the staff provided 5-star service. We were especially impressed with the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Special thanks to Tyla for making our stay extra special. We loved the luxurious hotel feel and will definitely stay here again.

What an incredible hotel in such a beautiful location! The cleanliness of this place is top-notch, with jaw-dropping decor and stunning views of the city. The facilities are amazing, with a mini bar, quiet A/C, and even lights in the wardrobe. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, treating us to complimentary drinks and a delicious dessert platter. The friendly barman in the Park Lounge bar was super kind and made our experience even more amazing. The convenience of having a tube station right under the building and being so close to Hyde Park was mind-blowing. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and we'll definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay at Hyde Park's swanky mid-century icon. Loved the stunning views, comfy bed, and international TV channels. Mingle with well-dressed guests, while Middle Eastern families take taxis.

Forgot to mention that there's a tiny chance the air conditioner needs to be turned on in the room. Guess it's just a British thing.

The hotel had an incredible location right next to the tube station, which made it easy to travel around this city. The cleanliness was exceptional, and all the hotel facilities were well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the staff who were always polite and friendly. Plus, the hotel was incredible to look at in the evening with everything lit up.
